Central Backbone

Integrated Hub Services will be supported to strengthen their integration culture and undertake professional development relevant to Integrated Hubs through a central Backbone support function, which is currently being developed.

Integrated Hubs will be supported through a central Backbone program to provide consistency in delivering the Service Model and provide access to professional development and networks focussed on working in an integrated way.

An Outcomes Framework and supporting practice guide and tools are under development, informed by the demonstration Integrated Hubs.
