Flying Start Services deliver additional and coordinated supports for children at risk of developmental vulnerability.

Preschool Plus - Preschool Plus Partner Services are required to meet program requirements including prioritisation of children referred to the program, minimum enrolment of 1,000 hours, application of fee relief policy, and targeted use of additional Ready Set Preschool and Preschool Boost funding to support children in the Preschool Plus program.
Integrated Hubs (additional to Preschool Plus) - Integrated Hub Services are required to provide the core offering of child and family health services, parenting and family support programs, and undertake place-based engagement to deliver a site-specific service model and offer.
Integrated Hub training - Providers are required to ensure that all staff working in the Integrated Hub participate and maintain training currency in ‘Trauma-informed Practice – Advanced Training’ and Aboriginal Cultural Safety training that builds on the foundational training at the ‘Being’ level.
