Commitment to quality and safety

Providers and Partner Services are required to commit to quality and safety in education and care in their services. Periodically, the OECD will receive information from the ESB that seeks to identify if there are Provider or Service level quality and/or safety issues that are systemic in nature and therefore could impact a Provider or Partner Service’s ability to demonstrate their commitment.
