Data submission
Data submissions must be provided to the OECD periodically in accordance with the reporting timeframes outlined in this Guide, or as otherwise advised by the OECD.
If a Partner Service makes a claim for a child who is not eligible, or where there has been a duplicate enrolment, the OECD will recover the funds for that enrolment and take appropriate action under the Funding Agreement.
While all Services will be required to submit enrolment data during each collection period, a subset of Services will also be required to submit planned enrolment data twice yearly. This additional requirement applies only to Services located in, or in close proximity to, early sessional roll-out areas of 3-year-old preschool provision. The OECD will advise Partner Providers if their Service is located within any of these areas and therefore subject to this additional reporting requirement.
The OECD has introduced this earlier planned enrolment data submissions to support the identification of duplicate enrolments before a child starts a preschool program, so that sessional preschools and long day cares that are Partner Services can make sure that children in their service are eligible.
