Policy and Funding Guide

The Policy and Funding Guide sets out the policy and funding arrangements for the 3- and 4-year-old Flying Start preschool program. It details:

• Provider and Service requirements for Flying Start Partner Providers
• Funded Programs and associated requirements; and
• additional supports available.

This document forms Attachment 3 of the Flying Start Funding Agreement.

This Guide will be updated periodically. Where changes are proposed, Partner Providers will be notified and, if changes are material, consultation will occur with sector representatives before updated versions are finalised.
