Leaders Forums

The OECD delivers the Leaders Forum twice each year to support partner services in building leadership capability and strengthening the delivery of high-quality 3-year-old preschool.

About the Leaders Forums

Strong leadership is essential to delivering high-quality 3-year-old preschool.

Leaders Forums are professional learning events designed for leaders of Flying Start partner services.

The forums provide practical information and guidance and help leaders:

• understand implementation requirements
• strengthen governance and leadership practices
• share experiences with other services; and
• build confidence to lead change within their service.

Who can attend?

The Leaders Forums are targeted at Service Directors.

Appropriate staff (service leaders and directors) from partner services are strongly encouraged to participate in the Leaders Forum. Partner services will receive invitations via email with event details and registration information.
