To support children’s outcomes, services need to be committed to Quality.
This means providing a quality services under the Education and Care Services National Law (South Australia) (National Law) and National Quality Standards (NQS), including warm and responsive relationships and intentional play-based practice, with strong leadership teams that support positive cultures.
Being a good service is good, being a great service is better.
Services also need to have quality staff including leaders, teachers and educators. To support services to partner with us to deliver 3-year-old preschool, we provide access to tools, resources and supports to enhance service quality, build the workforce and lift capability of staff, and connect services to share knowledge and practice insights.
