Avina’s Developmental Boost Programs provide a comprehensive range of allied health supports, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Behaviour Support practitioners, designed to build educator capability and confidence in identifying and responding to developmental vulnerability. These supports equip educators with practical, in?the?moment coaching strategies and skill?building techniques that enhance children’s developmental outcomes within early learning environments.

Our allied health practitioners embed evidence?informed, culturally responsive approaches aligned with Early Childhood Intervention Best Practice guidelines, to work collaboratively with children, families and educators to foster inclusion and participation. All intervention approaches are tailored to individual service needs and can be delivered flexibly.

Our allied health professionals - including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support practitioners - work collaboratively with educators to deliver support within natural learning environments, ensuring strategies are practical, meaningful and easily embedded into everyday routines. Supports can be provided in?person or online and are able to be tailored to meet specific needs and desired outcomes. This may include 1:1 or group-based formats, and delivered as short?term or ongoing support.

The service is billed at $195 per hour, with final pricing dependent on the total hours required for delivery. Avina will assess the scope of each engagement and provide a tailored quotation for the specific service requested. Where travel is necessary, travel time will also be charged at the hourly rate of $195.
