How this is delivered
Sessions are delivered on-site by a qualified speech pathologist, working in partnership with educators who actively participate to embed strategies into daily routines.
Ongoing support is a key feature of the model. Educators receive in-session coaching, practical strategies, and tailored resources to support communication throughout the week. Regular check-ins and team collaboration ensure shared planning and continuous improvement. Families are supported through workshops and take-home materials to reinforce skills at home.
Groups are kept small (4-6 children) and organised by developmental stage to maximise engagement and outcomes. The model can be adapted for telehealth if required.
Progress is monitored using simple tracking tools, with regular feedback provided to educators and families.
