Description
Our experienced speech pathologists support children to develop speech, language (expressive and receptive), social interaction, and imaginative play skills through small focus groups. We work alongside educators to build confidence and capability in embedding communication-supportive, evidence-informed strategies into everyday play and learning routines. We also partner with families by providing tailored information and practical strategies to support communication practices and social skill development at home.
Support is adapted to each service, helping create consistent, sustainable, and inclusive learning environments.
Key components include:
- Support educators to understand and implement strategies that promote speech and language (expressive and receptive), social interaction, imaginative play, and social skills.
- Collaborate with educators to support diverse learning needs through inclusive and communication-supportive practices.
- Support families to implement strategies that promote communication and social skill development at home.
- Deliver small group sessions targeting speech, language (expressive and receptive), social interaction, and imaginative play skills.
