Description
Our support strengthens educator confidence and centre-wide inclusive practice, helping teams support all children, including those with communication differences, developmental delays, disability, and diverse learning needs. We work collaboratively with educators to create engaging, relationship-based environments that promote connection and readiness for learning.
Support may include educator coaching, group sessions, observation and feedback, real-time strategy modelling, tailored recommendations across the preschool day, and family consultation opportunities.
Key focus areas include communication-rich environments, language through play, social communication, early literacy, inclusion, and educator capacity-building.

How this is delivered
It can be provided via in-person or online 1-hour sessions, or as in-person 3-hour (half-day) or 6-hour (full-day) visits over the 10-week school term to enhance outcomes.
Delivery for half and full-day visits include educator coaching, observation, strategy modelling, group support, and tailored recommendations. A minimum of 1 hour per week is recommended to support consistency and meaningful outcomes.
