Description
Chat Well Allied Health's Certified Practicing Speech Pathologists are trained in evidence-based, trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming approaches and therapies. They provide supports to develop early communication skills including speech sound development, understanding and use of language, play skills, social interactions and early literacy skills. Supports can vary across direct therapy for groups of children, training for parents and educators and resource development. More information about us can be found at: www.chatwell.com.au

- improved language, social and communication skills in young children
- increase confidence in educators implementing communication strategies in a group setting
- improved parental involvement in developing speech, language and early literacy skills at home
How this is delivered
Supports are determined by the needs of the service. Supports could include:
- 5 x 1 hour weekly group based therapy for children
- half, full or two day trainings for educators and or parents
- a series of educational webinars to be watched on demand
- creating visual supports to be used with children in educational and home settings
- observations and hands-on coaching sessions for educators
Cost
Speech Pathology services are charged at $193.99 per hour Travel to a site is charged at $97 per hour plus mileage at $1.20 per kilometre travelled from Speech Pathologist's usual site
