Description
Educators will explore the signs and impacts of anxiety in young children and its effect on learning and participation. Facilitators will share practical strategies to help educators create a supportive environment where children feel safe to express emotions and develop coping skills, fostering confidence and engagement in the preschool setting.
Key objectives:
- Recognise anxiety indicators and contributing factors.
- Apply calming techniques and routines.
- Foster emotional safety and resilience.
- Engage families in supporting anxious learners.
Educators will be empowered to reduce anxiety-related barriers, helping children feel secure and ready to learn.
