This leadership coaching program is tailored to you, ensuring a strong match in both fit and purpose. Your coach will guide you using reflective tools to help you identify a professional focus relevant to your role. Together, you’ll work on fostering a growth mindset, setting and achieving goals, engaging in deep reflection, and tracking your progress. Focus areas may include:

• leadership
• team culture
• change and change management
• inclusion of children with special rights
• understanding children’s behaviour
• creating secure attachment relationships
• trauma responsive practices.

At the end of each session, you'll set clear goals and strategies to move forward. As you grow in confidence and reflective capacity, you’ll help strengthen your workplace culture and create safer, more stimulating environments that support every child’s development. Expected outcomes for this program are:

• ability to support diverse needs through inclusive practices
• ability to implement strategies to support communication
• ability to understand and regulate their own emotions
• ability to manage emotional conflicts.

The program is delivered in-person or online and runs over 5 x 1-hour sessions.

The program is delivered for $1,625 per person. If the program is delivered in-person, travel will be charged at $100 per hour (where the round trip is up to 20km), $100 per 1.5-hours (where the round trip is up to 40km) and $100 for 3-hours (where the round trip is up to 70km).
