Description

The Kudos Brighter Beginnings Program (BBP) will train and support you to implement the School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) framework to improve social, emotional, behavioural, and academic outcomes. Kudos therapists will provide group sessions, workshops and ongoing support to educators, focussing on setting clear behavioural expectations, teaching appropriate behaviours, and using data for decision-making\interventions. The program aims to create a positive preschool culture, reduce behavioural issues, and increase academic engagement through a multi-tiered system of support. BBP fosters a safe, inclusive learning environment, promoting student wellbeing and success. It nurtures young children through age-appropriate activities, supporting development, building skills and confidence. Key components include:
  • Individualised Learning: Tailored activities promoting cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Play-Based Curriculum: Learning through play, encouraging exploration and meaningful engagement.
  • Qualified Educators: Experienced staff fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
  • Holistic Development: Focus on physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
Expected outcomes for this program are:

How this is delivered

The program consists of group sessions, workshops, ongoing support and resources. The program includes weekly 10x1-hour or 5x2-hour sessions online, in-person or a combination of both. Educator resources include:
  • Behaviour Expectation Posters: Visual reminders of expected behaviours.
  • Data Tracking Tools: Software\templates for monitoring behaviour.
  • Social Skills Training Programs: Resources for teaching social skills.
  • Positive Reinforcement Systems: Tools including reward charts.
  • Parent Communication Tools: Templates\apps for parent involvement.
  • Behaviour Intervention Plans: Individualised support plan templates.

Cost

This program is delivered for $233 per session or $2,230 per program. Volume discounts are available for multi-sessions in one day or multi-day blocks. If travel is required, this will be charged at: Metro No cost within 50kms of CBD, beyond 50kms of CBD cost by negotiation. Country visits may be bundled with flights, car hire and/or accommodation.
