Description

The Reflective Practice program is designed to enhance your ability to reflect on your interactions with others and explore strategies for improving your professional practice. This comprehensive program delves into the principles and theoretical foundations of reflective practice, equipping you with the skills to identify and cultivate effective reflection techniques. By fostering collaborative relationships and promoting reflective practice, these programs will equip you with the tools to meet families where they are, regardless of background. The consistent use of evidence-based frameworks ensures a cohesive, impactful approach that enhances outcomes for both families and educators. Expected outcomes for this program are:
  • An opportunity to reflect on your interactions with others and the effect of interactions with all people who influence children’s learning and development.
  • Explore the principles and theoretical underpinnings of reflective practice and be able to identify the characteristics of effective reflection on practice.
  • Practice skills and strategies involved in the facilitation of reflective practices with colleagues and parents.

How this is delivered

This program is delivered through 3 interactive 1.15-hour online live sessions. Please note: Programs are delivered online only, during weekday business hours (Mon-Fri).

Cost

This program is delivered for $259.09 per participant. A full day workshop is available for groups with a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 15 participants for $3,886.35 per workshop.
