Description
The PEEP Learning Together Program (PEEP LTP) helps support strong parent-child relationships, increased parental knowledge and confidence in how to support their child's learning and playing in day-to-day life. Playgroup SA (PGSA) has trained all service delivery staff and embedded PEEP LTP into all its supported playgroups, ensuring that families across South Australia have access to high-quality, research-informed early learning support. By integrating PEEP LTP, Playgroup SA strengthens the role of playgroups in fostering early learning, school readiness, and positive family engagement in children's education. Expected outcomes for this program are: For educators:
- increased confidence and competence in engaging families
- capacity to deliver structured, evidence-based early learning sessions.
- improved understanding of child development and learning
- enhanced confidence in supporting learning at home.
How this is delivered
The PEEP LTP is delivered online and in-person and includes:
- 1 x 2-day in-person training sessions in small groups
- ongoing full access to the entire program
- ongoing full access to all tools and materials
- continued access to 1:1 and implementation support through Playgroup SA.
Cost
The PEEP Learning Together Program is delivered for $850 per person. In-person training in regional centres may incur a greater cost.

Playgroup SA, based in Kent Town SA, is a non-profit, community-based organisation which is committed to providing quality services to families with young children across South Australia. With over 2000 family members attending more than 400 playgroups across South Australia, Playgroup SA offers practical, professional advice and support, training and development including additional needs services, broad insurance coverage, play resources and playgroup workshops, among other services.
