Conscious Discipline is a trauma-informed social and emotional learning program that empowers you with skills to create a safe, connected and problem-solving environment for children to learn and develop. Expected outcomes for this program are improved:
- understanding of emotional development in early childhood
- ability to understand and regulate their own emotions
- ability to model and teach emotional regulation strategies
- ability to manage emotional conflicts.
How this is delivered
The program is delivered online across 12 consecutive hours of live modules.
