Description
Our service strengthens educator capability and supports positive developmental outcomes by embedding evidence-based, autism-informed and developmentally appropriate practices into everyday early childhood routines. Strategies are designed to support autistic children and those experiencing developmental vulnerability, while remaining aligned with typical developmental needs for children aged 3–5 years and benefiting all children within your setting.
Support is delivered through modelling, coaching, consultation and collaborative problem-solving, with a focus on building educator knowledge, confidence and consistency. Practices emphasise inclusive environments, scaffolded play and learning, predictable routines, visual supports and proactive approaches to engagement and regulation.
By strengthening educator practice, the service contributes to improvements across the AEDC domains of Social Competence, Emotional Maturity, Language and Cognitive Skills, and Physical Health and Wellbeing, while promoting sustainable, whole-setting change.
