Description

LeadWell Advanced is a trauma-informed leadership and management program designed for early childhood leaders, room leaders, team leaders and directors. It builds practical leadership capability while supporting emotionally safe, inclusive and high-performing ECEC environments. Once completed participants recieve their Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520).

The program integrates trauma-informed leadership, reflective supervision, team wellbeing, communication, conflict resolution, cultural responsiveness and workplace-based leadership practice. Participants strengthen their capacity to lead educators, support staff wellbeing, guide inclusive practice and create consistent service-wide approaches that benefit children, families and teams.

LeadWell Advanced is delivered through a blended model that includes 4 interactive workshops and 5 individual mentoring/coaching sessions. Participants receive practical leadership tools, reflection journals, action planning templates, workplace-based project support and access to implementation resources.

The program supports leaders to embed trauma-informed and inclusive practice into everyday operations, strengthen team culture, improve communication and build educator confidence.

  • workplace-based leadership projects and reflective practice tasks and
  • practical leadership tools, templates, resources and implementation support.
