GrowLeadershipTM is a flexible suite of leadership, coaching and mentoring supports that can be delivered as individual components or combined into a full one-term package. Services may select the level of support that best fits their Preschool Boost plan, site readiness, staffing availability and budget.

Depending on program elements selected, services leave with practical tools such as: Site Developmental Impact Blueprint, AEDC Priorities-to-Practice Map, educator reflection guides, coaching conversation prompts, differentiated planning templates, co-regulation and communication strategy menus, PeerCollective case consultation tools and a 30/60/90 day implementation plan.

Leaders and educators are supported to identify developmental priorities, strengthen reflective practice, guide differentiated pedagogy, embed early intervention strategies and create more consistent, inclusive and emotionally responsive play-based learning environments.

GrowLeadershipTM full program is available as a one-term package, supporting all leaders and staff at a site. It includes upfront alignment to needs, review of AEDC and service-level data, 4 LearningLabs and 4 Onsite Immersive Days with embedded GrowCoach & PeerCollective coaching.

Where a service has a smaller budget, limited release capacity, or a more focused Preschool Boost priority, GrowLeadershipTM can be delivered through selected components - tailored through a brief upfront alignment process to ensure the support is relevant to the service’s AEDC priorities, cohort needs and existing play-based program:

• Onsite Immersive Days integrate a GrowCoach within the site, without disrupting the day to day operations, to support application of the learning in context through observation, real-time coaching, curriculum refinement, differentiation support and mentoring.
• PeerCollective - 60-minute Group Coaching on key focus areas for the service.
• LearningLabs - 3-hour Interactive Sessions for up to 12 participants build shared leadership capability in data-informed planning, differentiated pedagogy, social and emotional development, reflective practice and internal coaching.

Services may combine components based on need. For example, a service may begin with LearningLabs, and add Onsite Immersive Days later, or select just PeerCollective Coaching where leaders already have a clear development priority and need practical implementation support.

Travel time is only charged beyond 45 minutes or 25km, whichever is lesser, at $137.50/ hr, plus direct reimbursement of travel expenses e.g. mileage at the ATO rate, flights, accommodation and parking.
