EC Connect help and support
EC Connect (short for Early Childhood Connect) is our secure online platform for Flying Start providers and services to securely submit data to the OECD.
Selected Flying Start partners are taking part in our pilot project in Term 4, 2026. Broader implementation for all partner services will take place in Term 1, 2027 ready for quarterly data submissions.
In its initial release, EC Connect will support the quarterly data submission process, including enrolment and participation data required to administer Flying Start preschool funding and programs. Only information needed to administer and support OECD programs will be collected.
Getting started
EC Connect will be used by authorised staff from participating services and providers.
You will need a myID with at least Standard identity strength and be assigned the appropriate permissions before you can access EC Connect.
