Professional learning

Partner Providers and Services are required to support professional learning for their preschool ECTs, to help them effectively use best practice resources to support their teaching practice and children’s learning.

In their first year of operation, this is facilitated through backfill funding to participate in free face-to-face and online professional learning offered via the Preschool Toolkit. Partner Services have the option to support an alternate professional learning program for their ECT.

Partner Services operating an Integrated Hub will be provided with additional professional development and network support over the course of the roll-out of 3-year-old preschool.
