E-bulletin 10 December

Thank you to everyone who attended our Flying Start Webinar on Friday 5 December. Please refer to the below links for a recap of the information shared during the session.

As always, your OECD Local Team is available to support you with any questions or feedback that you may have regarding the webinar, as well as to provide any support required in the lead up to the launch of 3-year-old preschool.

This webinar provided an opportunity for a ‘Ready to Launch Check In’ for 3-year-old preschool delivery and included information on the following topics:

  • Data submission and enrolment requirements from now until early 2026
  • EOI information for 2027 delivery
  • Our plans to celebrate the launch of 3-year-old preschool
  • A ‘Ready to Launch Check In’ Mentimeter

This was our last Flying Start Webinar for the year. The series will recommence in January 2026.

The South Australian Early Childhood Multi-Disciplinary Workforce Strategy brings together early childhood teachers and educators with allied health professionals including speech pathologists, psychologists, occupational therapists and social workers, to connect with families and create a collaborative approach to supporting children’s development in early childhood settings.

Over the next year, a series of forward-thinking initiatives will roll out as part of our commitment to building a stronger, more connected multi-disciplinary workforce.

Through this approach, we’re working toward reducing the number of children starting school with developmental vulnerabilities and helping every child get the support they need to thrive in learning and in life.

To learn more about the Strategy and related initiatives, please visit the OECD website multi-disciplinary workforce page.
